The Oppo Reno family wins customers’ trust and always stands for a new approach for amazing features. This time the new Reno 3 Pro comes with new camera features with a svelte body that adds a modern look.

Oppo Reno 3 Pro has features like the other current flagship phones, and in this mid-segment budget, the phone is just awesome. Let’s see the facts of Oppo Reno 3 Pro that make you convinced to buy it.

Features: Oppo Reno 3 Pro

Design and Display

At a glance, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro looks like a modern flagship phone. The design is so attractive and glossy with a quad-camera array on the back and on the front, a dual-camera punch hole. The phone has a deep glossy gradient color plastic back, and it feels so lightweight that it adds more grip. The back is also shatter-resistant so that you can use it without a case.

The Oppo Reno 3 pro has a 6.4-inch touchscreen display of Super AMOLED panel with Full HD+ (1080 x 2400) resolution. The brightness level adjusted perfectly both inside and outside. The phone is featured with an in-display fingerprint scanner that works very adequately in terms of both speed and accuracy. There is also the face unlock features that work impressively too.

Oppo always brings exciting features on their camera, and There are no indifferent in the Reno 3 Pro. You will find a total of six cameras in both front and back. On the back, there is an array of four cameras with a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 13MP telephoto, and a 2MP depth camera lens.

The shoots of the primary camera are so pleasing as well as the mono camera that allows taking super portrait photos with the ability for more light for higher contrast. The ultra wide camera has the usual range and details issue. At the end but not the list is the 2x telephoto lens that delivers plain digital zoom.

On the front, you get a 44MP primary selfie camera with a 2MP depth sensor. And Oppo gets the title of the world’s first with that combo. Details, colors, and sharpness are impressive. To get more realistic results, stay with the beauty mode.

Overall performance

The Reno 3 Pro runs under ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 that makes the phone more modern. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P95 chipset and has AI and camera capabilities. In my opinion, it doesn’t reflect the real-world performance. However, the gaming experience is okay for me. The heavy games take time to load, but otherwise, the app runs smoothly. Internal memory has 128 GB or 256 GB and 8 GB of RAM.

The battery life

The Reno 3 pro has 4,025mAh battery that is decent enough and lasts at least a day with conservative use. The phone supports the new 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0, which takes the phone from zero to 50% in around 20 minutes. But it’s not as fast as Super VOOC that found on Oppo’s higher-priced flagships, but will take your battery to 100% from empty with just less than 60 minutes of charge.

  • Lightweight and modern design.
  • Capable camera to take high contrast pictures.
  • Decent battery life.
  • Super AMOLED display panel.

  • Middling performance.

Final Verdict:

Simply the Oppo Reno 3 Pro is a top competitor for both top-end phones and low priced devices. It looks slim, and the sides curve offers a comfortable hold. If you want a powerful camera and a phone that adds a fashionable look, then the Reno 3 Pro is worth you. Nonetheless, if you need a strong processor for your daily purposes, then it won’t match you enough. So now you decide if this phone will match you or not.
